We invest heavily in our platforms and therefore we are looking for a Dynamics 365 Power Platform Engineer to take our solutions to the next level and ensure high value from these investments.
You will become a part of the Business Applications team in Group IT. The team consists of dedicated colleagues with competences within system administration, project management, development, integration and architecture. The team is responsible for plan, build and run of Kamstrup´s internal business applications. These includes IFS as the ERP platform, D365 CRM, Oracle CPQ, PLM, QMS, ServiceNow and several other applications. Furthermore, we are responsible for the integration between the platforms and other applications.
Dynamics 365 Power Platform Engineer with great technical knowledge
In the newly establish position as a Dynamics 365 Power Platform Engineer, you will be the technical expert in the continuous development of our Dynamics 365 sales and marketing solution in close collaboration with the Solution Architect and the business. Your role will be focused on delivering support and enhancement to the platform based on the power platform as best practice and drive the standardization agenda. In addition, it is important that you act as a sparring partner to the business but also can challenge the “as-is” processes.
As a Dynamics 365 Power Platform Engineer your primary tasks would include:
• Develop solutions that support business requirements and best practice using the power platform
• Design data models and describe data logic
• Design and make power automate workflows, canvas apps, power apps and azure functions
• Support a solid governance model to ensure standardization
• Have a close collaboration with IT colleagues that works with integrated applications such as ERP, Service management, CPQ management
Personality matters
As a person you have a great drive, an innovative mindset and thrive in the area between business and IT. You can with your technical knowledge and business understanding act as sparring partner for both the business and IT about potential solutions and ideas which affects the continuous development in positive manner.
It is important that you are open to new and innovative ideas but also that you are robust to stand by mutual decisions. You have a methodical and analytical approach to your tasks while focus on providing high quality.
We are looking for an ambitious and talented engineer who is passionate about the field between IT and business. You most likely hold a degree in computer science, software development, Cand. IT or similar. You have worked with Dynamics 365 and the power platform for a couple of years either as an internal consultant or from a consulting business.
It is an advantage if you have knowledge or previous work experience regarding:
• C# for the development of CRM plugins, Workflows and NET application
• ASP.NET
• Javascript/JQuery/JSON
• Angular
• Power pages
In addition, it is an advantage if you have knowledge regarding REST, SharePoint, SOAP and/or WSDL. It is also an advantage if you have knowledge regarding marketing and sales processes and systems such as ERP, Service Management or Power BI since the application is closely integrated with these.
It is a requirement that you master English on a higher level – both orally and written. Danish will be an advantage.
