You will become part of the UX/UI team, consisting of 9 colleagues. We work closely with agile teams across the Kamstrup software product portfolio to create impactful, consistent, and intuitive user experiences. We believe that our end users and customers have valuable insights that will continuously help us produce a better product and user experience. That is why we involve them early and iteratively through mockups, prototypes, and SW A/B testing to observe how we can make them successful in doing their jobs and solving their problems.
A job with focus on transforming intuitive user interfaces and stakeholder collaboration
In the position as UX/UI Designer, your task will be to define and implement innovative and consistent solutions in collaboration with the System Design team, Product Management and Front-End Development team. Furthermore, you will be supporting the processes of monitoring, our digital products and platforms including identifying goals, defining metrics, tracking KPIs, analyzing trends, identifying UX opportunities and proposing solutions to identified issues.
More specifically you will be:

We imagine that you have a master’s in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or similar, combined with +3 years of proven UI development experience in which you can demonstrate a strong portfolio within UI design, rapid prototyping, and storyboarding.
In addition, it is a requirement that you have:
In addition, it will be considered an advantage if you have knowledge and experience with Material Design or other design systems as well as React-dev.
As a person, you are good at listening, and not afraid to ask questions in order to create an understanding of the target audience and their needs. You consider yourself an excellent communicator who can create a good dialogue with users and colleagues, which aligns with your ability to translate ideas into something concrete and understandable. Furthermore, you thrive in a busy work environment working with different ongoing projects and stakeholders.
It is a requirement that you speak and write English fluently. Danish will be an advantage.

- Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Conceptualizing and prototyping original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design problems
- Determine UX/UI project-specific metrics that can be measured before, during and after implementation to ensure we are creating the desired end user impact
- Experimenting with different testing methods (A/B testing, etc.) to improve and continuously test our user experience
- Preparing and conducting user involvement and co-creation sessions in close collaboration with colleagues
Personality matters
