About the graduate programme
In our graduate programme, we offer you a fast track opportunity to become one of the forerunners within our industry and hereby impact our future business in order to ensure clean water and energy. We are on a massive growth journey and through this program you will be given endless opportunities to leave your footprint on our future business. The program has a duration of two years and through four tailor made rotations you will gain a unique across functional understanding insights into our business with the intend of assuming a key position at the end of the program. At the end of each rotation, we will conduct a 360 degree evaluation in order to ensure your professional and personal development and that your expectations are met.
In this dedicated program we will invest heavily in your development though ongoing support, education and mentoring by some of the brightest minds in the industry who are eager to assist you and see you advance in your career. You will hereby be working with value adding projects in a global setting where your voice and expertise matters.
Become our Innovation Management Graduate
As an Innovation Management Graduate, you will be at the forefront of the intersection between technology and business, with a focus on delivering customer solutions that drive value. You will be involved in innovation processes that require a deep understanding of both technology and customer needs and will work to bridge the gap between these two areas. Your role will involve the development of entire solutions, including hardware, software, and services, from ideation to implementation. Ultimately, you will play a key role in generating new business models that create value for our customers.
To ensure a thorough onboarding and introduction to the role as Innovation Management Graduate, you will begin the program in our Frontend Innovation department, where you will gain a comprehensive understanding of leading cross-organizational innovative sprints in an international setting. Subsequently, we have tailored the remaining rotations to provide you with a complete understanding of innovation management. You will have four rotations that will take place within:
Your personality is important to us
We are looking for a motivated and commercial driven Innovation Management Graduate who want to help shape our future and hereby contribute to the further success of Kamstrup. You have recently completed or are close to completing your Master's Degree within Technology Based Business Development, Management and Technology, Product Development and Innovation or similar. Most importantly is that you thrive in the field between technology and business. Moreover, it will be considered an advantage if you have participated in case competitions with good results, had a semester or internship abroad, or have other relevant experience.
As a person, you are analytical and eager to kickstart your career in a growth-oriented organization. You have a creative and innovative mind and naturally challenge status quo. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to engage in constructive dialogues with our customers and translate technical terminology to business value propositions. You also have the execution power to convert customer pains and gains into actual solutions. Finally, you are characterized by your energy, self-drive and your ability to see opportunities and possibilities rather than limitations.
You are fluent in English both written and oral. Danish will be considered an advantage.
