Due to an increasing demand for our innovative and smart system solutions, we are looking for a Radio Planner to support our global Radio Planning team.
With a direct reference to our Head of Customer Projects, you will become a part of our Solution and Service Delivery division and a team of 3 experienced Radio Planners. We work globally and cross-functionally in close collaboration with our engineering team and our sales organization to deliver successful systems to our customers. As a department, we are characterized by mutual trust and freedom to act with responsibility. We have an informal tone, where the emphasis is on professional sparring and feedback. As a Radio Planner, you will be joining a team who delivers remote reading solutions to utilities. You will more specifically team up with our Senior Radio Specialist and two other Radio Planners in Customer Projects, where you will be working closely together to serve the needs for radio plans globally in Kamstrup.
A job with focus on technical communication and troubleshooting
In the position of Radio Planner, you will be responsible for the radio planning of networks for remote reading as well as initial and subsequent troubleshooting. This will be done in close collaboration with customers, Sales, R&D, and colleagues in the Service and Solution division. You will be introduced to and trained by our Senior Radio Specialist.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:

Personality matters
You may have a relevant bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or similar. Practical or theoretical experience in radio planning, antenna theory, and/or radio communication, will be considered an advantage but it is not a requirement. Furthermore, you hold great interest in combining theory and practice to produce high quality radio plans.
As a person you take responsibility, are detail-oriented, and work structured and proactive with your tasks which are always delivered within the agreed deadline. Finally, you are characterized by being energetic, self-driven, and seeing opportunities rather than limitations.
It is a requirement that you are fluent in English both written and oral. Moreover, it will be an asset if you speak and write Danish and/or other languages such as German.

- Field visits with customers and subcontractors
- Technical support and troubleshooting within radio planning for Kamstrup colleagues globally
- Participating in the optimization of processes within radio planning
