With direct reference to our PT Manager, you will be a part of our PT team which currently consists of 7 colleagues. The team handles implementation and optimization of products, machines and processes across the production for our PCBA/electronic products, however we have a strong collaboration across all production facilities. We work towards ensuring a high quality of our products and deliveries, as well as ensuring high uptime in the production. You will be a part of a team which is characterized by cooperation, technical sparring, can-do-attitudes and a positive informal tone of voice.
A job with focus on cooperation and optimization
In the job as PT Engineer you will be responsible for supporting the factory in regards to production equipment, processes, and systems. Furthermore, you will be responsible for continuously optimizing our production both in daily operations when an issue occurs, but also by carrying out strategical projects. Moreover, you will have a key role as you will act as a process responsibility link between the production and product development when new products are implemented. Because of this you will work on the production floor in close cooperation with technicians, operators, quality personnel among others.

We imagine that you hold a bachelor’s degree in electronic/production or are a high skilled technician with years of experience. You have a proven track record from a related role, and your experience has given you broad knowledge of related technical production systems, automated production, and IT.

- Be process responsible for THT, odd-form mounting and soldering (wave and selective) and SMT reflow
- Be part of the daily operation by troubleshooting and solving issues with products, systems, and equipment
- Ensure implementation of new equipment and processes and to take the lead on projects
- Keep track of deviations and initiate optimization opportunities
- Enable change by being a knowledgeable sparring-partner in the production and collaborate across factories
