In the role, you will become part of the Quality & Sustainability department of 35 employees and will join our Quality Assurance team, which consists of 5 dedicated colleagues. As a team, we have the corporate business process ownership for Audit Management, Non-conformance Management, Continuous Business Improvement, and Change Management. The overall goal of the team is to ensure that our business performance and quality conditions live up to our internal standards, certifications as well as meet the expectations of our customers. We work every day with a global outlook on quality and strive to secure continuous learning and awareness by including, motivating, and inspiring our colleagues to contribute to Kamstrup’s customer-centric quality culture. An essential tool to achieve this is our Integrated Management System, KamWay, which enables sustainable practices of our operations globally.
A job with a focus on anchoring process ownership and supporting the organization
In the role as Management System Specialist, you will get the responsibility of ensuring our globally certified and Integrated Management System; which reflects how we do business and provides cross organizational transparency including clear process ownership and roles & responsibilities. A part of your job will further be to act as an ambassador of the system, inspiring your colleagues to utilize the system while providing valuable sparring for the organization for operational questions and support.
More specifically, your tasks will be to:
Personality matters
We are looking for a Management System Specialist who is excited about the prospect of taking lead on anchoring process ownership and supporting the organization. You have a relevant degree at a minimum bachelor’s level, combined with at least 2 years of experience in managing, maintaining, and promoting a management system. Experience with IPW will be considered an advantage.
You would describe yourself as persistent, and you get energy from being in a supportive role, where your insight, sparring and support is a key part of a successful anchoring of processes in the organization. You thrive in an operational role, where you are the technical expert. You have great communication skills, both verbally and written, and have an inspiring approach when you meet your colleagues, while it is natural for you to see and highlight the benefits according to the situation. Your structured way of working makes it possible for you to have an overview of the entire system, while you easily recognize how to utilize the functionalities.
You are fluent in English both written and verbally. Danish will be an asset.
