easySure Denmark A/S is a startup innovative insurance intermediary company that is providing tailor- made and competitively priced insurance solutions for private individuals. Plans are in place to apply for our own licence in order to operate as fully licences incurance underwriter in Denmark. We are part of an international and award winning, insurance group, with high aspirations to penetrate the European market.
At easySure, we use the digital world to make it easier to understand and buy insurance. Through our user-friendly online platform, customers can easily and quickly get insurance offers and change insurance policies, report damage claims and much more.
THE POSITION
easySure, located in Skanderborg, is now looking for a CEO reporting to the Chairman of the Board.
As the incoming CEO of easySure, you will be responsible for taking the company to the next level on an impressive growth journey in Denmark and later on to more countries. Your excellent skills in executing growth strategies and building partnerships will be a point of difference separating you from other candidates.

Being futuristic with a deep understanding of business opportunities is important if you step into this position.
As the incoming CEO, your mission and responsibility will be to transform easySure from entrepreneurship to leadership, so we exploit our untapped potential. For the right candidate, this is a CEO position second to none in an insurance broker company fueled by healthy values.
In this position, you will get the responsibility that you want, according to your results and performance. You will work with a young team of dedicated, competent and very enthusiastic colleagues – in Denmark and at our international headquarters.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop easySure with a focus on executing strategy plans and reaching budgets.
- Ensure that easySure strengthens its position as one of the most preferred insurance brokers in Denmark.
- Develop and maintain highly motivated, dedicated and competent teams and employees.
- Ensure that processes at easySure are always efficient and at the same time ensure scalability.
- Ensure good and strong cooperation internally and externally with the business partners.
- Being a visible and motivating CEO showing the way through your leadership, internally as well as externally.
- Expand and structure partnerships with agents and suppliers.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- Experience from insurance or insurance knowhow at senior management level is preferred.
- Alternatively, you have a background at senior management level from finance and / or marketing.
- Entrepreneurial and visionary mindset showing the big picture to your team.
- You understand the entire value chain.
- You have the skills to formulate pictures that are relatively unfuzzy.
- Highly skilled communicator at all levels, internally as well as externally.
- Strategic and commercial mind-set at a high level and a skilled, proactive problem solver.
- Relevant commercial or finance education.
- Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English.
PERSONAL SKILLS
- You are an inspirational, empathetic and trustworthy leader.
- You are a team player with experience in building and developing teams and talents.
- You are decisive and quick in making decisions.
- You are a role model as a leader, internally, as well as externally.
- You have a mature, informal and calm personality.
