With reference to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will join a team of 8 talented colleagues, who cover a variety of digital marketing. As a team, we prioritize close collaboration and knowledge sharing to ensure continuous development. Together we work towards supporting Kamstrup’s digitalization and you will have a unique opportunity to pave the way forward in the evolving discipline of web experience.
A job with focus on web experience and development of our global and country websites
In this new position, you will oversee our website strategy, manage our global web governance, and lead the development and launch of a cloud-based website across countries. Through cross-functional collaboration, you will ensure that the platform offers a great customer experience, is integrated with other systems and customer platforms, and optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
Your primary responsibilities will be to:
Personality matters
We are looking for a marketer with extensive web and CMS experience, and strong project management skills. We imagine that you have an educational degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or another relevant field. With a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, you bring a strong commercial understanding that helps you bridge technical and business aspects. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing similar projects in an international context, and hands-on experience with website personalization from at least two markets. Additionally, you have a well-rounded understanding of content strategy, content management, SEO, CTR, and online user behaviors. Knowledge of web development technologies and experience with PIM systems are considered an advantage.
As an ambitious and proactive person, you thrive in a dynamic and international work environment, where communication and collaboration are key for succeeding. Your experience includes stakeholder management across international and cross-organizational settings. Leveraging your extensive experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving our web development through an exciting journey that aligns with our business strategy for growth.
It is a requirement that you have a high level of proficiency in English, both orally and in writing.

- Launch our new cloud, Sitecore-based websites and continuously improve our web experience, such as executing web localization strategies in multiple markets
- Redesign and oversee our global and local web governance to ensure a consistent, relevant, and high-quality user experience
- Optimize workflows, customer journeys, and processes creating best practices and introducing effective ways of working
- Monitor web performance, identify data-driven improvement areas, and implement web development roadmaps to ensure that the site is highly visible and converts online traffic
- Onboard and train colleagues on web- and CMS platforms to create and develop skills across markets
