With direct reference to our Vice President, Quality & Sustainability, you will become part of the Quality and Sustainability department of which the Health & Safety team consists of three colleagues who all have cross-functional & collaborating roles and together aim towards ensuring high standards of Health & Safety across Kamstrup. Through close cross-organizational collaboration, we define, drive, and implement the health & safety culture & processes across Kamstrup including related initiatives such as maintaining certifications. Our team is characterized by a positive and informal atmosphere, where turning interactions into beneficial exchanges through knowledge-sharing and sparring sessions is highly valued.
A job with focus on fostering high standards of health & safety
As our Health & Safety Specialist, your primary focus will be reviewing, improving, and preparing health & safety standards across Kamstrup. Therefore, you will naturally be involved in maintaining, monitoring, and improving our health and safety culture, risk management, and workplace assessments to ensure compliance with legislation and ISO 45001 in an effective manner.
More specifically, your tasks will be:
Personality matters
We are looking for an analytical Health and Safety Specialist, maternity cover, who wants to ensure the highest standards of workplace health and safety across Kamstrup. Whether you are a recent graduate or have relevant work experience is not a determining factor, most important is your drive and interest in making a positive impact within the field of health & safety.
As a person, you have great interpersonal skills allowing you to successfully foster positive relationships with colleagues on all organizational levels. You have a structural approach to your work and can therefore ensure the smooth incorporation of safety practices into daily operations. Lastly, you are passionate about continuous improvement enabling you to stay ahead of potential risks, and with your analytical mindset, you can easily identify innovative solutions, and adapt the best strategies to create a safer work environment.
It is a requirement that you speak and write English and Danish fluently.

- Managing our global incident Management setup and support to the health & safety organization in root cause investigation, corrective action implementation, and follow-up
- Giving inputs to operational improvements, activities, and targets in relation to health & safety
- Continually identifying, planning, and implementing health & safety projects both regarding physical as well as cultural aspects
- Performing periodic legislative reviews and audits and hereby ensure legal compliance
