This position would provide you with a unique opportunity of working in the forefront of an important Sales Training function. With your can-do-attitude and your interest in commercial processes you will be important in implementing our sales development programs globally.

State-of-the-art learning solutions
The role exists to give Demant Wholesale the best commercial foundation to champion the position as one of the best providers of life changing hearing health. The role is critical to ensure that learning becomes a key competitive advantage to meet our commercial objectives in a way that delivers strong customer outcomes.

You will have a key role in producing and delivering state-of-the-art learning solutions with a commercial approach and impact. The key objective is to continuously develop our employees’ skills through effective training by a modern learning approach i.e., implementation of digital learning and global coordination to leverage learnings and best practices across markets.

Commercial capability development
As our new Manager in Commercial Training, your responsibility will be to proactively identify learning needs, develop new training modules, organize, and deliver training sessions with the objective to anchor commercial excellence practices. You will work in close cooperation with sales companies and business areas to develop relevant content and trainings.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Design, develop and deliver core sales and development training programs incl. event coordination
  • Implement training initiatives which may involve instructional design, content development and project management
  • Create engaging eLearning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and knowledge transfer.
  • Administer, maintain, and continuously improve our learning management technologies, course authoring tools and additional learning distribution software
  • Responsible for right members in the community, content plans, content quality and compliance
  • Ensure sharing of best practices in the Sales Community and in our markets

Furthermore, we hope that you can tick of as many of the following boxes:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills and diverse experience working with internal customers and stakeholders in both physical and virtual environments
  • Facilitation skills and experience in keeping a high engagement level during a workshop
  • A commercial understanding of customer needs.
  • Some knowledge of a basic sales training methodology
  • Have a well-rounded project management toolbox
  • Experience with the design, development, and implementation of digital learning solutions in e.g., FUSE, Articulate 360 Suite etc.
  • Fluent in English
