Become a part of the Global Training team

As International Trainer, you will be part of the Global Training & Sales Enablement team within the Commercial Operation’s function consisting of twelve dedicated colleagues. The team has an important role in bringing our business forward by delivering dedicated high quality training solutions for the Oticon, Bernafon and Philips hearing aid brands. This ensures that the Demant Hearing Group organizations globally maintain a high knowledge level with regards to products, technologies, audiology, and fitting systems which enable us to meet our customers and sell Demant solutions in a professional and high-skilled manner.

In this role, you will participate actively in the team’s effort to develop new and innovative training materials and methods to help Demant remain a world leader in professional training. Using your creativity along with your audiological and technological knowledge, you will create presentations, videos, and e-learning modules to make interesting learning journeys for lead trainers in our sales organizations and customers around the world.

Your main tasks will be to:

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of our hearing solutions, fitting software, accessories and features
  • Use your knowledge in content creation of relevant training materials that work in a train-the-trainer set-up with a high focus on commercial deployment
  • Work closely with key stakeholders in Product Marketing, Applied Research Audiology and Marketing teams in the development of training materials
  • Conduct face-to-face and virtual training of very knowledgeable internal and external stakeholders from our sales companies and customers around the world
  • Conduct webinars and create videos for our online learning portal

Are you a tech proficient educational content creator?

You are motivated by using your expertise and creativity to guide and train others. Moreover, you thrive when you navigate in a complex and international set up with many and very diverse stakeholders.

We are looking for applicants with the following background and skills:

  • An educational background within Audiology, Acoustical Engineering or Hearing Sciences
  • At couple of years of work experience either from Clinical Audiology, from the industry or from working as a Learning Specialist, and ideally a combination of the three
  • Experience within the hearing aid industry or medical device industry
  • A positive attitude and effective stakeholder management skills
  • Good communication skills both orally and written that enables you to craft communication to your target audience with crystal clear messages
  • Experience working with PowerPoint, graphical layouts, Learning Management Systems and the principles of story lining
  • Experience with project management and SCRUM is welcomed but not a necessity
  • Finally, you need to be comfortable being in front of big groups and be able to present with authority

Our working language is English and business travel (approx. 20 days per year) should be expected.
