We are continuing to transform our Retail Business into a modern global player. The Hearing Care ERP team is a truly unique set of people whom you now have the opportunity to work with. They are all experienced in their domain on the AX2012 technology – you bring Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management functional, implementation experience, and your personality.

We prioritize getting business processes for our colleagues, in 3.500 clinics across 25 countries, digitalized and taken to the next level. We already have a running AX 2012 R3 solution in place, which serves as the foundation for what we will do.
Deploying modern technology and keeping running solution stable and relevant
In your new job, you will join our Sales & Operations team where you will be functionally leading configuration of Dynamics 365 SCM and supporting your team members in learning the transition from AX2012 to D365FO.
We are eager to apply the standard application to the extent possible, hence the Application Specialist that is “on top” of the configuration of the application becomes an important member of the team.
Since the team is global you should expect daily interactions with colleagues from across the world.

- Understanding of supply chain processes and activities.
- Hands on experience of the functional aspects of Dynamics 365 SCM (manufacturing experience is not required).
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce is considered a positive factor.
- Experienced two or more go-lives of Dynamics 365 SCM (especially with a retail flavor).
- Experience in rolling out a core business solution globally (appreciated).
- Comprehensive documentation and communication skills.
