Communicating about waste management and offering great supportAll organizations globally face the reality of creating and implementing more sustainable practices that creates value for their business – and the community. ISS Denmark is amid realizing our sustainability potential, where this Student Assistant will support our colleagues and customers by communicating guidelines and legal requirements on sustainability and waste management. You will be exposed to different administrative tasks and coordinate these between team members and the operations organization. This includes preparation of communication material, both visual and written, and workshops targeted at our customers and internal stakeholders.
As our new Student Assistant, you will become a member of the Sustainability & Waste Management Team within our Operations Performance department, reporting directly to the Head of Sustainability & Waste Management. You will act as a sparring partner for your colleagues and internal stakeholders, coordinating advise and guidelines on waste legislation and communicating the sustainability agenda. Furthermore, you will be involved in the IT transformation, working customer-oriented with various ad-hoc tasks to secure maintenance of our data and facilitating this efficiently within our organization.

As our Student Assistant within Sustainability & Waste Management, you are currently studying Business Administration, Communication, or within a similar area. You have experience working with InDesign as well as MS Excel and PowerPoint, able to convey data and information in a simple and efficient manner. You work administratively, being able to structure your tasks in terms of priority and importance and enjoy collaboration across functions.
Your primary working language will be Danish, and you enjoy communicating complex content in a simple and engaging way adjusted to each target group.
This student role is approx. 8-10 hours per week, with flexibility in relation to your exam periods.
