If so, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PAS-X Support Professional with SAP experience to join our newly formed and dynamic CMC SAP & PAS-X Team. About the position: You will play a crucial role in supporting our state-of-the-art PAS-X Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and driving the digital transformation of our chemical manufacturing processes, including integration with our SAP ERP system. Your expertise will help us optimize our operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure the highest quality standards for our life-changing products. You will be part of the daily operation and responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our stakeholders and end users in our production facilities, including support for both the PAS-X and SAP platform. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for the PAS-X and SAP platform, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digitalization and process improvement, both in PAS-X and SAP Develop and maintain documentation, including SOPs, user guides, and training materials for both systems Train and support end-users in the effective use of the PAS-X and SAP functionalities Participate in the implementation of new features and upgrades to the PAS-X MES system, ensuring seamless integration with SAP Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing and supporting PAS-X Manufacturing Execution System in the pharmaceutical industry Strong experience with end user support, including support for SAP ERP systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English both writing and speaking Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment Knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP EWM is a plus, but not a requirement About the department
You will join the CMC (Chemistry Manufacturing & Control) department, which plays a vital role in bridging the gap between research and manufacturing. Your role will be within the CMC SAP & PAS-X Support team, where the main objective is to maintain, support, and enhance the SAP and PAS-X system platforms. As a member of a newly established team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse, international, and highly group that is rapidly expanding. Your team will focus on digital solutions, and your primary responsibility will be to provide support and contribute to the development of the system platforms. This will enable CMC to efficiently develop innovative processes and products that will benefit future patients. The workplace environment is dynamic, offering excellent working conditions, social activities, team events, and a strong work-life balance. English is the primary language used, and all meetings are streamed to accommodate colleagues who are based abroad. While working online has become the standard practice, onsite visits and meetings will be arranged as necessary.
