The job
We are looking for a purchaser that can make sure, that the factory always has what it needs to make sure, that there are no down times. Together with your colleagues, you are the backbone of the company’s acquisition of materials.
Some of the suppliers are already set up, and you have a good overview, of what suppliers there are and where to move from here. Some of the tasks will be;

The job
We are looking for a purchaser that can make sure, that the factory always has what it needs to make sure, that there are no down times. Together with your colleagues, you are the backbone of the company’s acquisition of materials.
Some of the suppliers are already set up, and you have a good overview, of what suppliers there are and where to move from here. Some of the tasks will be;
- Negotiate and regulary re-negotiate prices, terms and other conditions with suppliers
- Organise tenders, regular audits and supplier evaluations if necessary
- Responsible for everyday communication with suppliers
- Carry out request for Quotations, Bid Analysis and supplier recommendations
- Execute supplier visits/audits together with Quality Team
- Participate in cost analysis activities
- Troubleshoot – support technical and time-critical ad-hoc requests/requirements
- Develop and update templates, tools and standards for responsible process
- Support your colleague who are responsible for the in-direct materials when needed
The candidate
We are looking for a candidate, that can take ownership, be a teamplayer. A candidate that thrives in a dynamic environment, where you will be a key person at the plant.
Other than that, we are looking for someone who;
- Have minimum 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in purchasing, preferably – in production companies
- Have experience with negotiating terms and conditions
- Have experience or knowhow from the metal industry – knows the market dynamics
- Have a proven experience working with ERP
- Have an advanced Danish and English, spoken and written, German will be an advantage
- Have a good technical understanding (technical education will be an advantage)
- Have good communication skills, customer-oriented and willing to help
