You will handle our customers' inquiries by phone, email and chat. Since we are responsible for many different types of cases, you will get to immerse yourself in various problems and aim to always find the perfect solution for the customer.In this role your technical understanding, immersion and responsibility are central. We trust that you take responsibility for solving your tasks and trust your own decisions. Your role will involve a number of technical questions from both professionals and private individuals.
