We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Associate Manager for our Skilled workers in BRD FP, Site Kirke Værløse The position As an Associate manager, you will lead a team of young and experienced mechanics. You will be responsible for - daily management of the team and deliverables – setting directions to people development and their performance - together with the team, secure maximum stability on the production lines - defining the long-term ambitions and road ahead together with the leadership team. - ensuring the right skillset and competence for the digital future with new products and new lines. You are part of the production leadership team where you work closely with leadership colleagues from manufacturing, warehouse, planning and support teams. Your main task will however always be to be a good, engaged, involving and present leader for your employees with focus balancing short term needs with long term development of both the individual and the team. Besides the daily management of the team and deliverables – from setting direction to driving performance and people development, you also define the long-term ambitions and road ahead together with the leadership team. A key success factor is also to build an even stronger LEAN culture in collaboration with our LEAN partner and the leadership team. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you - have a strong people leadership track record and thrive in a dynamic environment Truly leadership skills is the main qualifications needed in this position in driving both business goals and creating engagement and well-being in a high-paced environment by leading at the shop floor About the department BRD FP site Kirke-Værløse, is the smallest production facility in Product Supply where we assemble and package all our products on six automated assembly and packaging lines. In the near future we are introducing several new products to the facility, which means we need to implement new processes and rebuild additional equipment. Our responsibility is to ensure the supply of above products to all our markets worldwide. We are around 100 people in our department, organised in 5 teams working with manufacturing, maintenance and technical and process support.
