You will be a part of a HR team of 16 professionals focusing on HR operations, Global Mobility, HR analytics, Talent Acquisition and HR compliance. Together, we collaborate with our different skillsets and experiences to maximize our value in NNE.

How you might spend your days
As our Senior HR & Mobility Consultant, you'll be working with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team where you will
- act as mobility advisor.
- have daily sparring with the organization and HR colleagues in relation to mobility and ensure that we have the right talent in the right place and time.
- take ownership of updating our Global Mobility policies and processes and ensure implementation in our organization.
- ensure compliance in the mobility activities such as tax, social security and immigration.
- be involved in other HR tasks and area of responsibility, depending on your profile, experience and motivation
- act as sparring partner to managers in relation to new HR initiatives
- have the main responsibility within our global mobility processes.

- make independent decisions based on your experience, analysis and knowledge

- excel in establishing relationships at all levels of the organization and enjoy complex stakeholder management
- are strong in both Danish and English, both written and spoken. Our corporate language is English
- have excellent communication skills
The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in this role:
- A relevant academic education or an HR professional back-ground
- Minimum 5-7 years of broad experience from an HR department - preferably from a global company as HR Business Partner
- Minimum 3 years of experience within Global Mobility (knowledge of tax rules and legislation is a plus)
- Experience within recruitment is an advantage
