Together with your team your most important task will be to understand end-users’ requirements and business objectives. You’ll provide with advice on using relevant systems to achieve their goals. To us, you could be the IT Systems Consultant who knows the systems and have a good understanding of how our customers, technical disciplines and project assistants use it. And you could be the expert in IT systems with a genuine interest in helping others out and a sincere curiosity in getting to know people and your end-user. How you might spend your days
As IT Systems Consultant, you'll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where you'll be:
- point of contact for daily system support together with the team both in Denmark and India
- facilitating Change Management within Systems in your scope
- participating in troubleshooting together with peers in NNE IT department and NNIT A/S
- providing ad hoc support to your team members in other activities and systems
- based in Copenhagen area
