We continue to grow our organization and we need a new team member who can pick up the responsibility of structuring our health, safety and work environment policies, practices, and initiatives. You will also be responsible for our ISO 45001 certification in Denmark.

How you might spend your days
As HS and work environment Advisor, you’ll be part of a passionate, multi-disciplinary HR team where you’ll:
- set high standards and continuously improve our working environment for all employees
- advise employees and management on matters within health, safety and work environment and act as the secretary for our Working Environment Council
- monitor and report on accidents, workload, stress and illness, and follow up with targeted improvement initiatives to ensure a sustainable work life for our employees
- ensure that relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and other regulations within the working environmental area are an integrated part of NNE's Quality Management System and ISO 45001 certification.
- deliver hands-on on our health and work environment initiatives such as annual health checks, influenza vaccination, ergonomic guidance and more
- help us create a strong health and safety culture by motivating and educating our employees to assume responsibility for aspects affecting their own and their colleagues' safety and health, and to act accordingly

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- A relevant master’s degree (e.g. organizational psychology, health science or the like)
- Experience working with Health, Safety and Work environment in a larger organization
- In-depth knowledge of Danish regulations and standards within working environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to speak and write Danish and English fluently
