About the role
NNE will be implementing a new global ERP platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365, to support the organisation’s strong growth. We are looking for a competent and highly motivated Finance Process Owner to support Accounting & Tax, both during and after the implementation. You will be located at NNE’s headquarter in Virum and be a part of Finance, with a close link to the IT department.

As an ERP Finance Process Owner, you will:
- Play a key role in the ERP project, representing finance in vendor workshops, identifying gaps between existing processes and the new ERP system as well as recommending best solutions.
- Lead and facilitate discussions with key stakeholders, both within the Accounting & Tax department and across the organization to ensure smooth interfaces of the project to existing systems and processes in other areas.
- Gather requirements and provide guidance on global financial processes in Denmark, India and US.
- Be the owner of user stories from Accounting & Tax, continuously assessing and aligning the proposed solutions with the underlying processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Act as gatekeeper on system changes and provide functional requirements.

The miles you’ve walked

- You hold a Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- You have +5 years of experience e.g. as a Business Process Owner, Accountant, Controller, Consultant or similar.
- You have a strong understanding of accounting processes and ERP systems enabling you to identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and technologies and provide best practice examples.
- Experience from an ERP finance implementation or experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O is considered a plus.
