In this position, you will be working in our Strategy, Transformation & Sustainability team and engage with internal stakeholders as well external Big Tech Companies. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of Novo Nordisk by establishing alliances and bring technologies in play in a secure and compliant manner.
Your main responsibilities as Big Tech Sourcing Manager will be: Lead negotiations of agreements, including partnership terms and licensing, and revenue-sharing Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated to the partnership, as well as collecting and analysing vendor data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Keep an overview of Big Tech engagements across Novo Nordisk and ensure alignment between DD&IT Business Partners and Big Tech Partners Facilitate meeting cadences, processes and collaboration between Novo Nordisk and the Big Technology Partner. Among other things by developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the partnership's success Ensure that the alliance complies with legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy, security, and antitrust regulations. Here you will ensure that intellectual property (IP) rights, patents, and copyrights are protected and appropriately licensed within the alliance Competencies on our radar
This role requires a combination of experience with IT and strong communication skills. So we expect you to hold a Master's degree in a relevant discipline combined with 6+ years of experience working with IT and external stakeholder management, vendor management, alliance management or similar.
Alongside this, we believe a successful candidate have the following: A proven track record in working on projects and communicating in written and oral English with a diverse stakeholder landscape Experience in working with Big Tech Partners or a good understanding of how Big Tech collaborations work would be a great advantage
