We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Procurement Process and Digitalisation in Corporate Procurement. The position In this role, you will be part of a great team of 12 colleagues, consisting of project managers, project associates and system experts. The team is responsible for driving adoption to our procurement system Coupa, continuous optimisations in purchasing and finance processes, driving integrations of acquired companies for Procurement process and systems and business partnering on a global level. You will be working closely with stakeholders across the company, on activities including: Supporting procurement process and system integration efforts for company acquisitions through data analysis, data mapping and designing a migration strategy Acting as a specialist for colleagues across the organisation during integrations on procurement processes and compliance requirements Execution of migration strategies to integrate systems, master data and processes into Consulting on best practices for technical integrations You will be based in Denmark, but some travel activities may occur. Qualifications As our ideal candidate, you have a relevant bachelors or masters background related to process optimisation, digitalisation, business administration, IT administration or the like, with excellent results. In addition to that, you have: Minimum 2 years of experience as a specialist related to processes and system improvements Passion for working with integrations and thrive when having to solve complex problems also with short timelines Taken part in driving forward integration projects Strong stakeholder management and communication (written and oral) skills in English and are good at building relations Your colleagues describe you as dedicated team player who strongly collaborates with internal and external stakeholders. You are self-driven, comfortable in making decisions or choosing escalation, curious nature and have high learning willingness and agility. It is a pre-requisite to work fluently in English. About the department Corporate Procurement is responsible for the global indirect spend in of app. 90 billion DKK. We define and drive the global procurement strategy.
