The position As Digital Integration Coordinator, you will have the overall responsibility for driving end-to-end implementation of supplier labelling solution. Some of your main focus include: Coordinating and driving all activities (whether they will be carried out by others or yourself) that will allow suppliers to send electronical messages and to print labels for scanning Aligning roles and responsibilities as well as timing, for both suppliers and C4F (our IT team who develops the system solution and assists on technical matters) Understanding and mapping as-is warehouse process and to-be process with digitalisation and labels Setting up and driving meetings with high focus on progress, deliverables, and commitments Coordinating and participating in full end to end test as well as securing support when going live Qualifications To be considered for this position, we imagine you: Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, IT, or any other relevant field Have a previous experience working in supply chain within a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, medical devices, food industries for example) Possess general project management skills (planning, execution, follow-up) Are fluent in English, both written and spoken As a person, you are curious and willing to learn new thing. Your communication skills and positive mindset allow you to interact effectively with both suppliers and customers. You are a team-player who is able to work independently when needed. You know how to set priority even in an ever changing and dynamic environment. Last but not least, you are a problem-solver who always focus on quality and result. About the department You will be a part of the Device Manufacturing & Sourcing, Supply Chain department, which is responsible for Supplier Management, Planning, Purchasing and Warehousing of components that go into most medical devices in the Novo Nordisk product portfolio. Our Supply Chain Support team currently consists of 10 dedicated colleagues. The business is growing in both volume and complexity, and we look forward to welcoming a new member to our team. The Supply Chain Support team focuses on supporting the whole department to enable a stable supply of device components and high performance in the supply chain. We manage supply of components to Novo Nordisk production sites on a global scale and we focus on proactive communication with our stakeholders to secure the best possible cooperation across functions. When joining our team, you will also be joining a Supply Chain department with more than 70 colleagues of different professions within Planning, Supplier Management, Project Management and Warehousing.
