The position
As student assistant in Global Procurement, you become an important part of a strong team where you will be supporting both global category and local procurement managers, by managing and developing several important tasks related to ALK's global strategic procurement initiatives.
You will be trained to act as super-user in ALK’s quality training system, related to Global Procurements compliance to ALK's Quality Management System and in the contract management system VeevaVault and the EcoVadis platform.
Your responsibility will be to:
Working hours will be 8-10 hours per week at our offices in Hørsholm. During exam periods the working hours can be flexible and adjusted according to your schedule.
Your qualifications
You are studying at a commercial, technical, or other higher education in Denmark. You have a genuine interest in business intelligence and procurement systems combined with a strong interest in strategic procurement.

The position

- Ensure proper data quality, analytics and reports from Global Procurements Business Intelligence and procurement systems.
- Design and issue of data reports.
- Ad hoc sourcing and procurement tasks related to mainly ALK site Hørsholm.
- Tasks related to archiving and document handling.
Working hours will be 8-10 hours per week at our offices in Hørsholm. During exam periods the working hours can be flexible and adjusted according to your schedule.
Your qualifications
You are studying at a commercial, technical, or other higher education in Denmark. You have a genuine interest in business intelligence and procurement systems combined with a strong interest in strategic procurement.
We expect that you:
- Have very good analytical skills.
- Have solid skills in Excel, Power Point etc.
- Are fluent in written and spoken English.
- Are structured, service-minded, timely, and independent.
