Global Procurement Global Procurement is on an exciting journey to transforming our function into the best in class procurement team within our industry. You will get a chance to be part of an energetic and jovial team of global professionals who bring vast experience in procurement from many industries Your Job Your key responsibilities over the first 6 months will be: Support delivery of the procurement and contracting processes across our activities Interacting with suppliers on value creation opportunities Supporting Category and Contract managers with various tasks, including but not limited to supplier management, preparation of presentations, and business reviews. Executing RFX activities Facilitating scoping discussions Supporting contract negotiations Analytics support Updating the contract database Ad hoc tasks as requested Following a successful 6 month onboarding period the candidate will be assigned a portfolio of sourcing and contracting activities. Your Profile: Currently completing a Master’s degree program – relevant technical, legal or commercial educational background Experience in a similar internship role and interest in contracting and sustainability Attention to detail Ability to review, analyze and draft contract variation orders Quick learner Proficiency in MS Office Willingness to ask questions Fluent in English Ramboll offers Competitive salary Focus on work-life balance and work-from-home policy if needed Ability to create a network in a high-paced professional environment with many opportunities to influence your daily work How to apply Apply online.
