ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are looking for a production manager for our factory in Lem who, with knowledge and commitment, can lead and develop our production team.
You will have the overall responsibility for more than 100 dedicated employees and a management team of 4 experienced and competent managers.
The focus will be to ensure the day-to-day production and ensure capacity and capability for the future production requirements.
This is a position that will give you great opportunities to grow yourself within the company.
You will be of the management team and reporting to our VP Factory Manager in Lem
The work location will be at our factory in Lem, Denmark
Key task and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate has experience from a similar position or maybe you are ready to take the next step in your career. You have a relevant technical background (preferable engineer) and experience from a manufacturing company.
You are an experienced leader who can set the direction. We are looking for a person that thrives in the production floor as the visible, sparring and developing leader who sets the direction and goals for the employees and the business.
You are a skilled motivator who is able to inspire your team, and you take the time to meet everyone at eye level.
You have a thorough knowledge of how to manage a production and work with people an a dynamic environment where plans change with short notice
You are result orientated and always looking for improvements.
You have good IT skills, experience with ERP systems (AX will be an advantage) and you are fluent in English.
As a person, you are structured and persistent. Your interest is to constantly improve and develop.
You are a team player with a good business understanding. You have an advanced ability to communicate in intercultural environment and to various functional stakeholders.
As a person you are a good colleague, you are structured, self-driven, good in prioritizing your task, you are proactive, questing the existing, shows responsibility and at the same time you are always respectful.
In addition, you are characterized by your good mood, flexibility, and collaboration skills.

- To lead, Motivate and develop your team.
- Delivery on time and in the right quality
- Achieve targets, always having focus on safety.
- Optimization of production flow
- Secure optimal utilization of resources
- Secure efficiency and stability of the production
- To create a challenge but realistic work plan where everyone is on board.
- Lead daily board meetings.
- Participates in management meetings and collaboration across the organization.
- Analysis and implementation of budgets and result planning
- Developing and implementing lean administrative processes.
- Participant in Global projects when needed.
