<p>We are looking for a maternity cover who can join us in March 2024. As Ramboll is a large organization with great development there is a likely possibility that the position will become permanent.</p><p>Global Procurement within Ramboll Group is on an exciting journey to transforming our function into the best in class procurement team within our industry. You would get a chance to be part of an energetic and jovial group of global professional who bring vast experience in procurement from many industries.</p><p>Working as part of the Global Procurement Team, you will manage and delivery of strategic and transformational projects in the coming year and also play a significant role in building the project portfolio for Global Procurement in the future. The projects would be complex, involving stakeholders from across the globe in a large matrix organization.</p><p>To be considered for this role, qualified candidates would require to have demonstrated experience in managing the successful delivery of a variety of global or cross-functional and high value projects. The candidate must also be adept at evaluating dynamic situations and issues, and managing and influencing stakeholders to manage conflicting requirements, demands and priorities. The role is based in Copenhagen, Denmark</p><p><strong>Role description</strong></p><ul><li>Lead or support the delivery of both strategic and operational projects on time, on budget and to specification.</li><li>Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Ensuring the seamless transition of a project from initiation, through detailed planning and design, to implementation, and closing.</li><li>Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored. Track and report on project delivery and progress, and identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues. Perform day-to-day control of a project including preparing and presenting progress and issues to the appropriate steering committees</li><li>Identify resources and assign responsibilities. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to agree responsibilities for deliverables and track progress against milestones</li><li>Communicating across a wide span: engaging internal colleagues, external partners and business stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity of requirements, the positioning of proposed solutions and securing the buy-in to those proposed solutions at the appropriate level of the organization</li></ul><p><strong>Personal Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>The ideal candidate will possess excellent influencing skills and have demonstrable experience in driving project completion and benefit realization, with the ability to resolve inter-dependencies across the company.</li><li>The successful candidate will be meticulous, proactive, process-driven and have excellent organizational and prioritization skills.</li><li>The candidate should also have excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and present the concise information to broad range of stakeholders</li></ul><p><strong>Professional Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>You have completed a master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain management or Business</li><li>3-5 years’ experience successfully leading strategic projects within matrixed organization and delivering value</li><li>Knowledge and experience with procurement systems and ability to see the required integrations within the technology landscape such as Procure-to-Pay, Contract Management System, Vendor Management Tools etc. is an advantage but not a prerequisite</li><li>Experience of using a wide range of project management tools and techniques consistent with PRINCE2 and PMP methodologies will be required</li></ul><p><strong>How to apply</strong></p><p>Apply online.
