Do you have a passion for innovative products and aspire to become a member of a small product management team around a solution that will radically change they way dentists practice dentistry and treat patients?Then 3Shape offers a unique opportunity for a strategically strong, proactive, and tactically minded Junior Product Manager at its headquarters in the center of Copenhagen. You will be working in 3Shape’s Product Management team, focusing on delivering innovative digital solutions to dentists across the world. Your role is to identify user needs, test our solutions with customers and make executable design proposals in alignment with internal stakeholders.As part of a newly formed team within the Product Strategy organization at 3Shape your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
  • Drive patient communication platform and enhance engagement.
  • Collaborate with Sr PM to define scope and MVP, leveraging data and insights.
  • Collect and describe user needs and formulate product vision and roadmap suggestions.
  • Optimize Claims strategy and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Maximize product launch value and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Transform research findings into impactful commercial strategies.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and refine marketing messages.
  • Streamline communication across departments and support competitive positioning.
    • Skills & Requirements
  • You hold a Technical or Engineering degree or have experience within a technical product team.
  • Structured, result driven, independent, and thriving in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about your work, products, and a hands-on mindset
  • You are fluent in English and additional major languages will be a plus.
  • Knowledge about dental or similar type of products or markets will be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (required).
