Do you have a passion for making innovative medical devices affordable and accessible for patients worldwide?Then 3Shape offers a unique opportunity for an experienced, tactically minded, and inventive Access and Reimbursement Manager at its headquarter in the center of Copenhagen. Creating a new function in 3Shape, you will be working in 3Shape’s Product Management team, focusing on strategizing, and implementing creative payer approaches on a global level, with a special focus on the U.S. Your role is to develop market access strategies, align with internal and external stakeholders, support evidence generation, and communicate the value of our products to ensure patient access.As a new focus area within 3Shape, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Drive and own the development and maintenance of reimbursement tools and processes.

Identify payer trends and establish payer-specific strategies to overcome reimbursement challenges.

Secure reimbursement for various procedures using 3Shape products, including coding, coverage, and payment, by driving reimbursement submissions, particularly in the U.S.

Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams: Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, Scientific Affairs, Marketing, and Product Management, among others.

Manage external stakeholders: market access and reimbursement field consultants, CROs, HTA agencies, etc.

Be part of value proposition creation for new and existing products/indications.

Advise on needed level of evidence to secure reimbursement and manage value-based evidence generation projects.

Represent 3Shape in external forums, industry associations, scientific conferences, with HCPs, and within patient advocacy groups in relation to policy and scientific matters.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience working with reimbursement and market access for medical devices.

In-depth experience working with reimbursement in the U.S. is a strong advantage.

Proven success in securing reimbursement for medical devices in clinic/outpatient settings.

Experience from the Dental industry, either working from the manufacturer side or with dental insurance, is considered a plus.

Knowledge about outpatient/clinic procedural code processes is required. Knowledge about dental-specific codes is an advantage.

Experience with HTA evidentiary requirements and processes in the U.S. and EU countries, both public and private commercial insurance.

Demonstrated self-starter with a willingness to establish new policies and processes within a new functional area.

Established relationships with external stakeholders, such as commercial U.S. insurance companies, trade, professional, and medical associations, and external local HTA consultancies a plus.

Excellent written and spoken English is required. Fluency in other major European languages is an advantage.
