If so, then seize the opportunity and become our new Procurement Director.The position will be based in Copenhagen (Denmark). The position As Procurement Director you will partner with the affiliates, leading the indirect sourcing across SEEMEA (Southeast Europe, Middle East, and Africa) by executing sourcing activities, category strategies and supplier relationship management aiming to support acquisition of high quality of goods/services at the best possible terms and prices, as well as category sourcing across SEEMEA in collaboration with Head of Procurement in International Operations and HQ. In addition, you will:

Lead SEEMEA and Global sourcing initiatives, ensuring coordination across clusters and affiliates.

Contribute to a high level of professionalism in purchasing, managing relationships with HQ & IO, and staying informed about global initiatives.

Head up small central team and develop procurement organization across the region in the different affiliates and Centre of Excellence through capability building and strong business partnering

Act as strategic advisor to SEEMEA Finance & Operations leadership and provide direction for operational excellence in procurement

Represent SEEMEA in IO Procurement Group, align on sourcing activities, manage regional interests, participate in global networks, and share best practices.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in business, finance, supply chain or similar

Solid business understanding and value chain insights in general - preferably based on 8–10-year experience within Finance, Procurement or similar, preferably within pharma industry.

1-2 years of international experience

Strong strategic skills that ensure constant development of the International Sourcing Team and the global sourcing community

Strong analytical skills

Personal credibility and drive to ensure continuous top management support

Strong cross functional leadership skills

Fluent in English
