About the graduate programme
In our graduate programme, we offer you a fast track opportunity to become one of the forerunners within our industry and hereby impact our future business in order to ensure clean water and energy. We are on a massive growth journey and through this program you will be given endless opportunities to leave your footprint on our future business. The program has a duration of two years and through four tailor made rotations you will gain a unique across functional understanding insights into our business with the intend of assuming a key position at the end of the program. At the end of each rotation, we will conduct a 360 degree evaluation in order to ensure your professional and personal development and that your expectations are met.
In this dedicated program we will invest heavily in your development though ongoing support, education and mentoring by some of the brightest minds in the industry who are eager to assist you and see you advance in your career. You will hereby be working with value adding projects in a global setting where your voice and expertise matters.
Become our Product Management Graduate
In the role as our Product Management Graduate you will gain a unique and in-depth understanding of how we conduct Product Management on a global scale. You will be involved in complex product development projects why your rotations will be centred around the entire value chain of product development – from product launch to the final delivery. In the end we expect that you will own the full global business strategy behind one our solutions.
In order to become a success, you will start the programme in our Product & Commercial Management team in our Water Division, where you will gain the full overview of our water portfolio and thereby either contribute to building global commercial solutions or future communication offerings. After this we have tailor made the other rotations to give you the full overview and capabilities in becoming our next Product Management talent.
More specifically your four rotations will take place within:
- Product Portfolio Management
- Technology or Supply Chain
- Sales or Bid Management
- Pricing
Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious and commercial driven Product Management Graduate who can help shape our future and hereby contribute to the further success of Kamstrup. You have recently completed or are close to completing your master's degree within Finance, Economic, International Business or similar. You are at the top of your class, and you have additionally participated in case competitions with good results, had a semester or internship abroad, or have other relevant experience.
As a person, you are analytical and want to kickstart your career in a growth-oriented organization where no two days are alike. You have a commercial mindset and are not afraid to challenge the status quo. Furthermore, you are curious and outgoing, and it is natural for you to create and maintain relations in your daily interactions. You strive to deliver results independently, and your structured and systematic method ensure that your tasks are always of high quality and completed within the deadline. Finally, you are characterized by being energetic, self-driving, and see opportunities and possibilities rather than limitations.
You are fluent in English both written and oral. Danish will be considered an advantage.
