Job description
We are looking for a motivated and passionate team player to join our leadership team at Niko Competence Center Sensing in Sønderborg. Are you inspired? Then you might want to work with us!
About the position
With eyes on the future, you will be responsible for planning and implementing products and solutions that align with Niko's strategy. As Head of Product Management Sensing at Niko, you will manage our overall products & solutions master plan within Sensing. You translate this master plan on "where to play and how to win" into concrete action plans and annual budgets.
Based on adequate market & customer research, you and your team will bring our products & digital solutions to international markets, with the correct value proposition, through the most effective delivery channels, guided by attractive pricing, packaging, and messaging. You will spearhead the formulation of new business models, especially within our future ambient & motion sensing products.
As an evangelist for our products, you inspire your team to strive for excellence and push the limits for what is possible. With thought leadership and business knowledge, you guide them towards successful market launches, starting from solid business cases and user needs.
Motivated by leading and working with people, you will be part of the local management team in Niko Nordic and Competence center sensing. You understand how to motivate, lead and develop your team through a human-centric approach, and carry yourself as a natural role model in the organization.
Within Niko, your team should be known for:
Profile
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of managing people in product development for an international tech company. You should also have experience with digital solutions that generate recurring revenue and the ability to lead and inspire.
We offer
You will work out of our office in Sønderborg, and report to the General Manager for Competence Center Sensing.

- Providing effective training and operational support to sales and customer services teams.
- Creating an open feedback culture within their team based on honesty, integrity, and trust.
Profile
