As Svendborg Brakes’ QSE (quality, safety & environment) department are facing great challenges going forward, we are looking for a competent person who is keen about sustainability, quality assurance and HSE (health, safety & environment) Management. Maybe you are not an expert today, but your ambitions are heading in that direction.
You will have the following tasks and responsibilities, amongst others:
- Own, manage and develop our ISO certified business system
- Manage external- (BVC) and internal audits related to HSE and Quality Assurance (QA)
- Coordinate and facilitate our work on UN sustainability goals
- Contract review certifying organs
- Contract review external HSE suppliers (e.g. law requirements)
- Coordinate our safety/QA activities
- KPI reporting HSE to local and corporate management
- One point of contact external communication HSE/QA
- Plan and facilitate yearly and quarterly management reviews, follow up/updating strategies/risks/policies/objectives globally.
- Develop and improve internal audit processes and the audit team.
- Develop and improve the HSE/QA processes and tools
- Coordinate HSE/QA activities globally
Qualifications:
- Education: Could be various; the main point is experience and relevant training within the stipulated areas
- Persistent, positive and open minded attitude
- Initiative rich and able to get things going, used to work with a ISO or TS quality system
- Professional attitude that helps operating in all levels within the organization
- Fluent in English – both in writing and spoken. Preferable you also speak Danish or another language
