Project Procurement Manager – Renewable Projects
As a project procurement manager, you will have the responsibility of managing and executing renewables projects from the procurement perspective. You will be the main interface point between supply chain and the proposal manager, project manager, engineering and scheduling. You will be involved in the projects from tendering to final hand over, but of course most intensively in the proposal and procurement phases.
The projects are global and local projects, primarily in Asia and Europe, and you will be part of a global supply chain. The contract sum is typically up to 800 M DKK, and project execution involves a high number of colleagues from most parts of the organization. It is important that you master the management of time, risk, resources, and finances to perfection and that you independently take ownership of your projects.
The projects are typically a cycle of 2.5-3 years with a need to stay focused on lengthy projects. You will cover our scope of integrated solutions such as boiler, grates, pusher, slag handling, combustion air system and for some projects balance of plant.

Your main role will be to:
- Plan and develop a time schedule for the procurement work and actively follow up on it
- Lead and facilitate your supply chain project team members in finding the right solutions and delivering the foreseen results
- Lead kick-off meetings on e.g. sourcing plan, special terms and conditions, and schedules
- Be in charge of the time schedule, budget, quality, and delivery according to plan
- Understand the project processes to map the time and risk management of the projects
- Understand contract requirements, purchasing, and commercial matters to support in contractual negotiations
- Coordinate procurement activities with other involved departments e.g. engineering, projects, quality, etc.
- Support supply chain as required.

- You have experience of project management of procurement in complex projects
- You have experience with technical project in e.g. energy or construction industry, and you understand how to relate to materials and inputs from various departments
- You understand the commercial terms of a contract
- You are fluent in English and communicate effectively in writing and speech
- You thrive in a position with many concurrent tasks and a high number of project members and stakeholders.
