In the Pro Club Category, we work with professional clubs from the biggest European leagues and deliver collections to match day, training, and travel for the professional teams. We also deliver fan collections and merchandise to the fan shops – which we often handle for the clubs. Our team is a group of people who live and breathe sport. It shines through our approach to people, market, and tasks, as well as provides a great working environment, with strong team-efforts and on top of that, a lot of fun between us.
As Product Developer you will be responsible for product line management on selected tier 1 and tier 2 clubs. You will act as a partner for your team, sales staff and markets, clubs, designers, and the Product Manager during the development process of new collections.

Key Responsibilities
As Product Developer you will be responsible for product line management on selected tier 1 and tier 2 clubs. You will act as a partner for your team, sales staff and markets, clubs, designers, and the Product Manager during the development process of new collections.
In addition, you will get the responsibility for:
- Project manage all Pro Clubs in your area from brief to development. This includes stakeholder management spanning from the internal pro club activation team, our markets, and the club directly.
- Create and update product bibles.
- Supplier sourcing; securing the right supply chain for the growth within PRO CLUB Category.
- Product development and engineering; to secure the KPI's such as margin and quality without compromising on enhanced and innovative designs.
- Effectively oversee the product portfolio of each individual club, ensuring optimal alignment with the diverse needs of both internal teams and fans alike.
- Monitor flow and adhere to deadlines in sourcing and approvals.
- Maintain and develop the fabric library.
- Collaborate with NAV and PD for workflow management.
- Manage Delogue platform for effective communication and coordination.
You can expect approx. 20 travelling days a year.

We are looking for a Product Developer who has:
- 3-5 years’ experience in the role.
- Team player mentality: highly flexible and open minded.
- Has experience with sportswear/sports Performance apparel.
- Knowledge about different functional materials and printing techniques.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbally good negotiation skills and the ability to spot a good business opportunity.
- Is an effective presenter to internal and external audiences, key accounts, senior leadership, etc. Able to handle objections and deliver competent and convincing messages. Understands how to navigate in internal department relationships.
- Deep understanding of product cost and how to negotiate with vendors and suppliers to help improve cost and margin
- Passionate about sports, especially handball and football
