As a Product Developer, you will assume significant responsibilities in overseeing the development and management of your own products and collections within the sport retail sector. This entails various tasks such as selecting suitable suppliers, orchestrating the design process, obtaining material approvals, and negotiating fabric prices. Your primary objective will be to ensure the market appeal of our products, ultimately driving impressive sales figures.

Key responsibilities
As a Product Developer, you will assume significant responsibilities in overseeing the development and management of your own products and collections within the sport retail sector. This entails various tasks such as selecting suitable suppliers, orchestrating the design process, obtaining material approvals, and negotiating fabric prices. Your primary objective will be to ensure the market appeal of our products, ultimately driving impressive sales figures.
In your everyday work you will:
- Create and update price lists for our products and ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in pricing
- Negotiate prices, minimums and leadtime to maximize profitability and maintain product quality
- Manage Delogue platform for effective communication and coordination
- Monitor flow and adhere to deadlines in sourcing and approvals
- Support markets with customer feedback
- Ensure compliance with roadmap and deadlines
- Maintain and develop the fabric library
- Develop products based on designpacks
- Sourcing materials and selecting suppliers
- Prepare showrooms
- Responsible for sales samples & photo samples process
- Participate in proto fit sessions

- You have 3-5 years of experience in purchasing and product development in a textile company, preferably with experience in Sport Retail (running, team sport and training)
- You can manage a product development process from start to finish and ensure that deadlines are met
- You can create commercial collections with a wide consumer appeal
- You navigate confidently in Navision and the use of the MS Office suite
- You have a proactive and positive mindset for problem-solving and adaptability
- You are a positive and outgoing person
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment where energy and commitment drive the process
