As Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be part of Center of Excellence (CoE) reporting to our Global Head of Talent Acquisition. The main task will be to ensure that Topsoe has the right talent and competences needed to fulfil our ambitious growth journey together with your HR colleagues working for the same ambition.Who we’re looking forHere’s some of the tasks you can expect to be doing:Proactively drive recruitment processes in Frederikssund, mainly blue collar, from A-Z in a close relation with the hiring leader Create compelling job postings involving different media channels to maximize exposure to qualified candidates Screen, assess and interview candidates Maintain and continuously develop knowledge of the local market trends to enhance ability as to the where, who and how in terms of sourcing talent Attention to the candidate experience ensuring value-adding services Support parts of the onboarding process, recruitment data and other tasks related to create a good people experience. You will bring in a curious, dedicated, and a self-driven mind-set together with excellent social and interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in other people from different cultures. You are reliable and passionate about what you do and have a high sense of integrity and loyalty.What you’ll bringFurthermore, you will bring in the following experience:Experience within recruitment and collaboration with stakeholders within Production Primarily experience with attracting and hiring blue collar working on shifts schedules Worked with collective agreements Welcome high levels of change and complexity Fluent in Danish and English (verbal and written) Fluent in Microsoft Office tools preferable also knowledge of SuccessFactors (recruitment tool) Any relevant education within HR or alike.
