Summary:
We are looking to strengthen our Growth Incubator, a team of strong commercial marketeers, to drive and develop the brand portfolio for our newest initiatives in the Next-Gen Oral category. Your primary responsibility is to develop global category insights and drive product developments of new products, flavors, formats and packaging to gain a competitive edge across our portfolio of brands in the Next Gen Oral category. You will align with all key functions centrally, and external stakeholders, and share insights and learnings with markets, so we can provide a clear overview of these new categories and what is coming up next.
You will be reporting directly to the Head of Next-Gen Oral, and you will be joining a diverse and international team in an inclusive working environment providing a great opportunity to grow within the role and as a person. You are able to work from our Scandinavian Tobacco Group’s Head Office in Copenhagen (Gentofte), Denmark and should expect to travel as part of the job.

You will be the global Next-Gen Oral category lead, driving our overall category understanding and developing our exciting portfolio forward with numerous new innovations each year, to ensure top line growth for our brands.

You already have shown strong results within FMCG marketing/sales management/product development and have a proven successful track record from a similar position. We are looking for a positive person with a can-do attitude, highly motivated to drive change and to challenge the status quo. It is crucial to possess good collaboration skills, working effectively across multiple cultures, functions, levels in the organization and external partners. You are a strategic thinker with a creative mind, have a strong feeling for flavor and innovation. You are a team player that can navigate a global matrix organization. The desire to work with international categories and brands is essential to success.

- Manage all product developments across all brands, ensuring global relevance and local market buy-in
- Lead packaging innovations, suppliers, and sourcing
- Key contact for suppliers’ order consolidation and forecasting
- Drive overall category understanding and build capabilities across the organization
- Analyze data and convert this into concrete insights and action plans
- Budget management
- Management of internal and external stakeholder
- Consult and support markets in their 3 years plans, strategic initiatives etc.

- Solid understanding of brand positioning and marketing
- Able to turn data into insights and insights into concrete portfolio initiatives that address different consumer needs, aligned with the brands’ positionings
- Strong collaboration skills across functions with aligned roles & responsibilities
- A self-starter that takes ownership, drive clarity and build strong relationships
- Inspiring and assertive, and able to motivate and influence internal and external
- Solid business and commercial understanding
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
