Opportunity
The Platform Product Owner is responsible for bringing the platform’s vision in his or her area of responsibility to life. This includes setting the strategy and overseeing the development of multiple innovative software products. We do this to create an industry-leading customer experience that will delight our customers around the world.
We are looking for
• 5+ years’ experience in developing and selling digital products
• Experience in articulating and executing a customer-centric digital strategy, ideally in B2B end-to-end Logistics and Supply Chain or in order management domain
• Experience in working with diverse, global team of product managers, process owners, UX designers, content, marketing and ecommerce, in a matrixed environment
• Demonstrated analytical skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business case. Challenge and align value creation with stakeholders.

• Customer centric: Capturing voice of business/customers
End to end product management – defining product vision, creating product roadmap, product implementation, delivery and benefit realisation
• Translating business-technical requirements
• Identify, define, monitor and report key performance metrics. Align with required stakeholders.

• Problem solving ability - be clear, simple and precise
• Horizontal and vertical cross platform collaboration across Platform Product
Owners, Engineering Managers, Business Product Owners, and Functional Product Owners
• Managing product back log and resource allocation
• Effective communication on progress across various stakeholders/levels in the organization
