You will join our Talent Acquisition Team consisting of three Talent Acquisition Consultants and a student assistant. Our main purpose is to attract and hire new office-based employees to our headquarter, including positions on all levels and to all kinds of functions in HR, Finance, IT, Procurement etc.
We act as trusted advisors for our hiring managers and to succeed the best with this partnership, each of us are responsible for recruitments in different areas. This role will mainly focus on recruitments in our Technology & Innovation organization (T&I), where more than 400 employees is working to support innovation, growth, and excellent customer experience – and more employees are with no doubt going to take part in this journey with your help.

The position is based at our new DGNB-gold-certified headquarters in Nordhavn. Aside from the stunning view over our ferry terminal, our office offers access to the fitness centre, yoga classes, gamer room with table football and PS, and other recreational activities with our employees.
Note that the position is a maternity cover with a duration of 15 months. If the match is there, we will of course look into continuing the good collaboration in a permanent position.

- The full recruitment cycle from job add, search (if necessary), screening, interviews, assessment feedback and finally, to securing contract closure
- Advisory to the hiring managers in T&I
- Cultivate a culture of diversity and inclusive hiring
- Support with various ad-hoc tasks

About you

- A genuine interest in people and excellent communication skills in English
- Experience with recruitment from an internal position or as external consultant, including experience with search
- Preferably experience with recruiting tech-profiles.
- Experience with using personal and -logical assessments in interviews. In DFDS, we use DISC and GIA from Thomas International, but we don’t expect you to have experience with these specifically.
- A service minded approach towards applicants as well as hiring managers and an eye for supporting the employer brand of DFDS.
