We're seeking a dedicated Change Manager to join our ServiceNow team with a particular focus on Business Transformation towards Enterprise Service Management. If you are passionate about driving change initiatives that impact business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures, we want to hear from you.</p><p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p><p>You will be joining Business Applications, which is a fast-growing division managing all global business applications in Ramboll. As a Change Manager within our ServiceNow team, you will take a lead role in driving the adoption of ServiceNow towards our strategic goal of being the single point of engagement for our employees to get support from our various functions such as IT, HR, Finance and Facilities. On top of supporting our employees through that change, you'll collaborate closely with the ServiceNow Product team as well as Project Managers, Functional Product Owners, Process Owners, Super Users, and Subject Matter Experts to support our support teams through this change.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead change management activities focusing on assessing the impact and level of adoption using structured methodologies.</li><li>Conduct user need assessments in collaboration with employee focus groups, Process Owners and Transformation Managers.</li><li>Identify and engage relevant stakeholders, including our employees (end users), to ensure the success of change initiatives.</li><li>Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption, utilization, and proficiency while minimizing resistance.</li><li>Advise stakeholders, including Project Managers, Transformation Managers, and Project Owners, on suitable change initiatives throughout both Agile development and project phases.</li><li>Execute change strategies, including communication and training plans, and oversee the production of change communication and learning materials.</li><li>Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.</li><li>Measure and monitor the effectiveness of change efforts and make adjustments as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in leading change management projects within global organizations, ideally with a focus on ServiceNow.</li><li>Proficiency in structured change management frameworks and methodologies.</li><li>Strong analytical and assessment skills.</li><li>Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies and plans</li><li>Project management skills and the ability to integrate change management into project plans.</li><li>5+ years of experience working in a similar role.</li><li>Bachelor's degree (B.Sc. in Business, Technology or a similar field).</li></ul><p><strong>Personal Qualities:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities, including the ability to engage and communicate effectively with our employees (end users).</li><li>Ability to build strong relationships and trust with business colleagues across different support functions, focusing on nurturing adoption of technology.</li><li>Knowledge of change communication and training best practices.</li><li>Strong measurement and evaluation skills for change initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>Welcome to our Support Organisation </strong></p><p>In Ramboll’s Support Organisation we take pride in keeping Ramboll running smoothly, enabling bright minds throughout the organisation to focus on their areas of expertise as we tie together all parts of the business.
