We are looking for an Associate Clinical Research Manager with a background in dental research to join us developing innovative digital solutions for the use in dental clinics. Become part of a highly engaged, social, and international team and join us to further improve the lives of dental professionals and patients.The roleAs part of the Clinical Research team, you will conduct clinical activities contributing to development and validation of software solutions for dental applications. In an exploratory phase, your experience with dentistry and understanding of clinical validation will support shaping our solutions. In the development phase, you will support algorithm development including Artificial Intelligence and you will eventually conduct clinical studies in close cooperation with the regulatory affairs teams. This position calls for an organized and reliable person who enjoys working in a team. We work in a fast-changing environment, and it is expected that you plan your own work independently, coordinate well with your colleagues, and keep agreed deadlines. You will work closely with software and hardware development teams, regulatory affairs, and product management. Our external research collaborations will allow you to publish occasionally.This is a part-time position with 20-25 hours per week and can eventually allow for working clinically in parallel. Travel of few days to weeks per year is expected. The Clinical Research team currently consists of 5 full-time employees and 2 student assistants from 5 different countries of origin. We communicate openly and enjoy each other’s company. You will report directly to the Head of Research in R&D.Your profileOn a professional level:
  • A degree in dentistry or similar, eventually holding a PhD
  • Experience in dental research ideally from a few clinical studies documented in published articles
  • Experience with conducting clinical studies including study design, ethical approval application and statistical analysis
    • You have a good technical understanding and enjoy working multi-disciplinary, experience with digital dentistry is an advantage
