For our Global Marketing department, we are searching for a Product Manager of Outdoor Play, Play products and Playgrounds. The total Group Marketing Team consists of 15 colleagues: product managers, marketing communication managers, content manager, graphic designer, 3D specialists, journalist, photographer, and videographer. Professional differences that provide a unique synergy and capabilities.
Product planning and execution
The Product Management Team is a total of three product managers, two for play and one for fitness. The team is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, and each product manager has the responsibility of their own product lines including to:
This is a central role where you will be in contact with multiple departments, e.g., designers, engineering, sales, and the rest of the marketing team.
Excellent project management skills
As a person, you are energetic, proactive, driven and with excellent project management skills. You are a strong team player, a good listener and have the drive to learn new things.

Product planning and execution

- Monitor trends in outdoor play and fitness, customer needs and wants, market potential, competitors’ offerings, and the sales of our own products
- Motivate and scope new product development projects, their features, advantages, and benefits
- Prepare and run stage gate meetings for stakeholders, including Group Management
- Be part of developing product launches, conduct training of the organization and make product information and sales supporting tools available
- Initiative and motivate pruning and updates as well as modification of products and re-boosting
This is a central role where you will be in contact with multiple departments, e.g., designers, engineering, sales, and the rest of the marketing team.
Excellent project management skills

Furthermore, you contribute with:
- Experience in product management and a strong technical mindset with knowledge of product information management systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct trainings/meetings with many participants including stakeholders from different organizational levels
- You like to explore what customer and sales teams are looking for and to build relationships with these
- Excellent in English, both written and oral. Other languages are not a must
