All the time, we increase our focus on innovative software solutions for the heat and water utilities and we are therefore looking for a Product Specialist for our hardware products in our Product Management team.
With direct reference to our Head of Technical Product Management, you become part of our team of 8 experienced and competent colleagues, including Product Specialists with the technical ownership of hardware, software and service solutions. Our primary business partners are the Commercial Product Managers and the Software Developers of the software portfolio as well as our entire Sales and Solution & Service Delivery organisation, which must be trained and kept updated of the latest releases. It is your foremost task, jointly to create and maintain solutions that meet the customer and market requirements and, in the end, create the value requested.
A job with focus on customer-oriented meter solutions
In the position as Product Specialist, one of your main tasks will be to convert customer requirements into product specifications and service offers in cooperation with the Commercial Product Manager. Subsequently, it is your responsibility to be the contact person for the developers and to make sure that new functionalities, in the products and related services correspond, to the customer requirements and the value creation that were specified for the respective customer segments.
In addition, you will be responsible for:
You will expectedly have around 10-15 travelling days a year.
Personality matters
You have a technical background as an Engineer, Marine Engineer, Global Business Engineer or similar and have a few years of experience in a similar role where you have worked with various communication technologies, data collection devices or remote reading systems (Cellular, LoRaWAN, Sigfox etc.).
As a person, you are structured and can acquaint yourself thoroughly with the costumer's issues. You can convert these to technical solutions that create value for the customer. In addition, you are impactful and can at any time challenge the way that things are done if you see a better way. Furthermore, it is important that you are proactive, lead the way and take care of issues that may occur in a busy workday.
The job requires fluency in written and spoken Danish and English.

- Building up a strong application understanding to specify communication requirements
- Entering into dialog with customers so that they get the most value of our solutions
- Execution and follow up on field test
- Product training, technical documentation and customer support
