Furthermore, we are now looking for a Senior Quality Specialist to drive and support the organization in taking quality performance to the next level in a global context.
You will become part of the Quality & Sustainability department of 35 employees and will join our Quality Assurance team, which consists of 5 dedicated colleagues. We work every day with a global outlook on quality and strive to secure continuous learning and awareness by including, motivating, and inspiring our colleagues to contribute to Kamstrup’s customer-centric quality culture. As a team, we have the corporate business process ownership for Audit Management, Non-conformance Management, Continuous Business Improvement, and Change Management.
A job with a focus on business processes management
In the role as Senior Quality Specialist, you will become a key player in implementing and continuously improving Kamstrups global quality assurance management aiming at a uniform quality approach across the organization. Furthermore, you will be responsible for aligning Kamstrup’s overall business process landscape and thereby driving quality performance to the next level. To achieve this, you will be the business process owner of one or more business processes. A part of your job will further be to act as a Quality Expert within your area of expertise and inspire your colleagues to implement the best practice work methods.
More specifically, your tasks will be to:
Personality matters
We are looking for a Senior Quality Specialist who is excited about the prospect of driving quality performance to the next level. You have a relevant degree at a minimum Bachelor’s level. In addition, you have a high level of business understanding combined with solid functional skills from a previous Quality Manager, Senior Specialist, or similar position. It is a requirement that you have 5+ years of experience in Quality Management including ISO 9001. It will furthermore be an asset if you have experience with process mapping, facilitation, and implementation, as well as the following areas:

You have excellent communication skills and communicate effectively at all levels of an organization and work in a global team environment.
You are fluent in English both written and oral. Danish will be an asset.

- Execute value-adding internal audits
- Establish and execute KPI performance monitoring, risk evaluations, root cause analysis, and reporting to increase transparency regarding quality performance
- Plan and execute cross-organizational quality initiatives and programs to ensure corrective and preventive actions e.g. implementation of internal quality champions and training programs
- Secure input for management reviews, including our subsidiaries
- Ensure overall product and process compliance with ISO standards across Kamstrup

- Audit experience as a lead auditor within ISO 9001 (14001, 45001, 27001, MID/LNE, 17025 or KLS is an advantage)
- Ability to drive cross-functional root cause analysis and problem-solving
- Knowledge of process mapping, lean value stream mapping, SixSigma, DMAIC, Prince 2, or other lean tools is an advantage
- Experience with high-volume production, software services, and/or electrical production is an advantage
