We are looking for a passionate Analog Product Owner to join our chipset department at Oticon where you will take part in developing our future hearing instrument integrated circuits. We develop the chipsets used in our hearing instruments and accessories.
We work in scrum teams, where the team members share the responsibility of delivering the high quality and high-performance features to our chipsets. Continuous development of your technical skills by attending technical courses and conferences on the latest developments in the field is part of this.
Sharing knowledge and ideas is a fundamental part of our culture and you will be part of a team of 15 enthusiastic and motivated colleagues who will make sure to give you the best start and welcoming you into a positive and encouraging work environment.

Are you the person that we are looking for?
We are looking for team-oriented person who has good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. As a person you are able to work in a self-driven environment based on freedom under responsibility.
You come with 5+ years of experience in Analog IC Development and you have a high understanding of embedded systems and mixed signal design. Furthermore, it is necessary that you have an interest in agile development methodologies using scrum.

As our new Analog Product Owner, you can look forward to
- Work with system architects, key experts, and other stakeholders to agree on features going into the backlog as analog design tasks.
- Define requirements to features and work with the scrum teams to ensure the definition of done is correct.
- Maintain a system overview with an analog perspective to assist the scrum teams in understanding drivers behind decisions and change requests.
- Work with fellow product owners to understand dependencies and keep the backlog priorities aligned with the overall project progress.
- Contributes to defining and documenting verification plans and other activities that work across scrum teams and functions.
- Communicate progress and delays to other product owners and the project managers.
- Be responsible for driving the technical part of design or layout outsourcing.
- Understand how the product owner role changes when moving to a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) setup, and help in formulating and communicating the role.
