If you are curious about Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, this could be the right spot for you. We are looking for a student assistant to support us with our Employer Branding activities and our Graduate Programme.
Demant and our Talent Acquisition Team
Demant is an international, leading C25 company within the healthcare sector. We operate in a global market with companies in more than 30 countries and sell our products in more than 130 countries. In total, we are about 20,000 employees worldwide.
Our Talent Acquisition Team is located at the Danish headquarters in Smørum, a 30 minutes ride with the S-train from inner Copenhagen. We are part of Human Resources, where we are about 40 employees here in Denmark. Talent Acquisition consists of 10 team members working with Recruitment and Employer Branding. We are also running our own Graduate Programme and Demant’s Student Network. We are an open-minded team, that values fun and humor at work and is at the same time super dedicated.
What is in it for you?
You will report into our Graduate Programme Manager, who also drives our Employer Branding activities. Still, you will also work closely together with our other team members and many other stakeholders internally and externally. You will get a lot of responsibility for “real tasks” from day one such as:

About you
You are enrolled at university on Bachelor or Master level in any relevant subject and are ready to
support us 15-20 hours a week. You truly enjoy working with others and are passionate about what you do. You like planning and coordinating and are ready to use Excel and Powerpoint. You like things to be structured and are good at following up on tasks until you have crossed the finish line. But, most important, you are a responsible, engaged, and self-driven person by nature.

- Planning and coordinating activities for our graduates, such as the introduction week including a journey to our production site in Poland for our new graduates
- Facilitating Demant’s Student Network together with our student committee
- Coordinating our participation for 12 career fairs each year
- Coordinating and implementing content for our Graduate homepage
- Coordination of further Employer Branding tasks
And no worries, we know you are here to learn and grow and will always be by your side. Still, through our experience, we assume that you would like to take over some responsibility for your own tasks rather quickly, and we will support you in that.
