Are you our new Maintenance Assistant?
We offer
Do you have flair for and possess technical skills and can you maintain the building and green areas? Do you like lots of fresh air, happy colleagues and varied tasks? If you can answer yes to this, then you might be our new colleague.
As a Maintenance Assistant, you, together with your colleagues, will be involved in the day-to-day running of the Site. The ongoing practical tasks consist of maintenance tasks, where many tasks as possible must be carried out by our own team.
Key responsibilities
• Supervise buildings, facilities and installations
• Carry out minor repairs
• Maintain green areas, e.g. mowing grass and cutting hedges
• Task according to maintenance schedule
• Office tasks
We are looking for
We are looking for a person which has a background in a similar position, not necessarily educated as craftsman, but preferably. We anticipate that you have an appropriate level of hands-on experience and generally the following qualifications:
• Must be highly self-driven and result oriented
• Must have the ability to be flexible
• Overview, and has good interpersonal skills
• Can work independently and in small teams
• Desire to solve maintenance tasks
• Knowledge of IT
• Able to communicate and write in English
We are looking for a candidate that has ability solve a diverse set of task and participates actively in the planning and execution of tasks in Facility Maintenance.
