How you might spend your days
As the Quality Management System Specialist, you will be part of the Quality and Knowledge Management department. In this role you will be responsible for the overall coordination to maintain an effective QMS across the global organization. You will get the opportunity to:
- Coordinate integrated QMS and supporting processes
- Maintain multi-site certification (for e.g. but not limited to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
- Documentation: SOPs creation, revision and maintenance
- Plan, coordinate and participate in internal audit program and ensure that observations are addressed
- Host and guide the organisation during external audits and ensure that observations are addressed and reported back timely to auditors.
- Coordinate the implementation of Quality Agreements with customers
- Play a vital role in Management Reviews
- Share knowledge and maintain expertise within applicable standards and regulations
- Be a sparring partner to projects and departments to clarify quality processes and requirements
- Support strategic quality and business initiatives to continuously elevate the quality culture and drive process improvements
- Offer solutions to process and quality related issues and identify process improvement opportunities
- Coordinate and support continuous improvements of the Quality management System and related processes
- Provide regular review, assessment, and reporting of Key Quality Indicators (KQIs) and other quality performance metrics.

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- The preferred candidate holds a BA/BS degree in Engineering or other technical field and has 8+ years’ experience in Quality.
- Demonstrated solid understanding of and experience with ISO9001:2015
- Profound knowledge of and experience with best practices within Quality Management Systems.
- Experienced with documenting procedures and setting quality requirements
- Knowledge of and experience with implementation of GMP design, GDocP and GEP, ASTM E-2500 within engineering or consulting services is a bonus.
- Qualification as internal auditor is a plus
